You can request to delete your account from the MyClass system. You'll need to be logged in to the MyClass mobile app using the account you wish to delete.
To delete your account
Open the MyClass app.
Tap "My Profile" at the bottom right of the home screen.
Tap the ⚙️ > Help and FAQs > Contact Support
In the Message field, type "Delete my account" and send.
A member from the MyClass support team will communicate with you to confirm your request.
You may return to Help and FAQs to check the status of any new messages.
As a reminder, MyClass can’t restore your account once it is deleted. This is a permanent action.
Here’s what happens when your account is deleted:
Your profile information will be deleted from the system
Your full name will still appear in activity and history for assessments you have participated in.
You will no longer be able to log in to MyClass
You will be removed from all campuses
You will no longer have access to any assigned area assessments
Your completed area questions will still be in the assessment
